Shipping Charges

Delivery Time

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please report the issue to our customer support team as soon as possible.

You can contact us by phone or email, mentioning your order ID and providing photographs or videos of the package and product, where available.

Our team will review your concern and assist you in accordance with Fenke's applicable return, replacement, and refund policies.

Please retain the original packaging, product tags, and invoice until your concern has been resolved.
